I love to whip up leftovers and turn them into gourmet (gourmet to my household standards *wink*). I made the tomato soup for father’s day a couple of days ago. Tortilla was from camping a couple weeks ago. Caramelized some onions and sauteed some mushrooms and got myself a delicious dinner. The boys got some beef flanks which I didn’t get to try because I’m on a veggie diet today. They were so excited making tacos and burritos. We even had a discussion during dinner time the difference between a taco and burrito. Here’s my guess: taco is on a tortilla that is folded over once and a burrito is wrapped.
