Here’s how we killed the minions…

My boys didn’t want to be present when I sliced the top of the had of the pumpkins (or minions whom they’ve grown to love). Well, at least they were willing to help me dig out the seeds.

After cleaning and draining them, we were ready to roast our pumpkin seeds. I got three different recipes on roasting the seeds: soy sauce, garlic roasted and salt & pepper. They all collaborated and worked on each of them. To my surprise, I didn’t have to get involved at all.


Here were the three kinds we made. Our judges have voted that the Garlic Toasted Pumpkin kind was our winner!
