Small stir-fries for my picky eaters tonight.

XO 醬茄子- Eggplant with XO sauce. XO sauce is like a of super-powered soy sauce. With a little bit of it, the sauce amps up the pan-fried eggplant and adds some intensity to the dish.

Tilapia with Kabayaki sauce (or better known as eel sauce). This is a sweet and salty sauce that goes great over grilled fish or chicken. After frying the tilapia, drizzle over it and (optional) sprinkle some sesame on it. Surround it with some greens.
