I don’t know how many frozen chicken pot pies I’ve had in the past. There’s always a box or two or three in my freezer, especially when they go on sale. We load them up. I haven’t had them for years now after reading the sodium intake for these monsters. However, I still love eating them. So tonight, I decided to give it a try and see. I was surprised to find how easy it is to make. Well, with a little help with the store-bought frozen puff pastry (one of these days!). Though it’ll be hard to find the any more frozen chicken pot pies in my freezer nowadays, but this meal is definitely something that will come up on a cold day. Two thumbs up from my food critics.
