Because pork is uniquely versatile that you can pair with almost any flavor, savory or sweet, they are easy to make. I found this place in Chinatown who sells pork chops (a bit less than an inch thick) for a very reasonable price ($1.99/lb). Really didn’t take too much prep work for them either. Bought them during lunch time, and they were defrosted by the time I get home. Sprinkle some salt on it for 10-15 minutes and ready to slap it on the grill. Mushroom sauce was just as easy – mix with oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, corn starch. These were great especially not only they were tender, but moist, so the boys love it.
