Here’s something I made last night, not too much, not too little, just perfect for all taste buds! I used beef flank (thinly sliced) to wrap around the enoki mushrooms. For first time making it, it was pretty awesome! Another new dish I tried was baked burry cauliflowers! I was surprised how nice it tasted! Last but not least, stir frying one of favorite vegetable – snap peas with black mushrooms and chicken. Just a perfect meal…
