With 50 lbs of bread flour from Costco, it’s almost like a weekend routine now. With the help of the bread machine, I now prepare the dough a day ahead and let if proof overnight. The next morning, stick this in the oven, and just the pleasant aroma of fresh baked bread welcomes us in the morning.

For some dough left over, I made a dough in a shape of a puppy’s head to surprise the boys.

For the rest of the day, I get to sneak away and spent time with my mom. We had lunch, did some yoga, played some mah jong, chatted, gossiped, and finished the day with a great meal at a fancy japanese restaurant along with my sisters.
