Some simple stir fry today for dinner. First time making this combination and it was quite tasty. Besides a lot of dicing, long beans, mushrooms, char siu, peanuts, it was all worth the work. The second combination is the white and brown beech mushrooms with some ginger, rice wine, garlic and onions. I’ve also steamed some salty plums with pork shoulder pieces. Just got so hungry didn’t have enough time to take picture of it. These three dishes were all my firsts. Then again, you can never go wrong with stir fry.
