Pork chops are such a simple way to mix up dinner routine. A little bit of this and little bit of that, and you have a light, delicious, and under budget meal. These pork chops are very tender, even with pinch salt traps the fresh flavor. Recently, I found a Japanese recipe using miso paste as a marinade. Unfortunately, I mistakenly used rice vinegar instead of Sake (which I planned to use rice wine). Luckily, that didn’t ruin the taste. It was a such a different taste than what we had before. The boys all loved it!!

As a side dish, I stole a recipe from a magazine – Lime Cilantro Slaw. It was a perfect meal.
