Made some crepes for my family tonight. With Ah Lo’s assistance in cutting the bananas and strawberries, it saved me the extra work of cutting and dicing. He even helped spread the chocolate sauce on the crepe and served everyone!


You’ll be surprised how easy it is to make the crepe batter:

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs (room temperature)
  • 1-1/4 cup milk (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, then cooled
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
