Set slow cooker to high in the morning with pork shoulder, shallots, BBQ sauce, bay leave…


When I got home, the pleasant aroma is already flowing around the house. I dropped half bag of the organic baby carrots in the slow cooker. Dinner is almost ready. I diced up 2-3 cloves of garlic and toss it with the zucchini. Last but not least, spread it with grated parmesan cheese. Can’t beat this quick delicious weeknight meal.
