Yes, we are having clay pot rice again, one of my favorite winter’s indulgences. However, this is not your typical clay pot rice. It’s clay pot rice with frogs. Ewwwl… I know. Don’t judge. Next time, I will probably add some anchovies to boost up the flavor.

The best part of the clay pot rice is the crispy bottom – where we all fight for. I used turkey stock I made a couple of days to soften up the crusted rice. Just divine.
