Dinner tonight is fairly simple, yet tasty. I stir fry the snow peas, with fish balls and black fungus. As a different touch to the salmon, we only need green onions, ginger and some soy sauce. Yes, it’s that simple! Pan fried (and make sure to get the skin crispy) the salmon. On a skillet, cook the green onions and ginger, add a pinch of sugar to the soy sauce before pouring into the skillet.
