Here’s another great use of the crock pot for the chicken drumsticks. Knowing that we’ll be home late today, I marinaded the drumsticks overnight (I used Korean BBQ sauce) in the pot. This morning, just plop it right in the cooker (turn on low) and by the time we were back home, I only need to worry about one other dish – which also means whatever-I-can-find-in-the-fridge kinda dish.
