Everywhere in the country, everyone is breaking a sweat. No matter where you are, can’t escape the heat wave. Too hot to be slaving away in front of the stove, so I took the easy way out and served Bánh hỏi with rice paper for dinner last night. Never tried making Bánh hỏi at home because it requires great precise skills, and so I thought. However, recently my mom taught me a foolproof way to make it (soak it in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain water and serve). Yep, it was that easy. And on hot days like these, making Bánh hỏi came to mind. I bought the grilled beef from a restaurant which saved me some time. Everyone enjoyed the meal and requested to have it again.
