Last night’s dinner, again, staying away from the stove (stir frying), we opted for fish burgers. I bought a bag of frozen fish burger patties from Costco this weekend. Grabbed some low carb buns from Safeway and put the burger together with onions, tomato, avocado and green leaf lettuce, and we got ourselves a nice meal! Of course, caramelized onions or avocado makes everything tastes that much better.

Also baked some parmesan zucchini rounds (for the first time) as a side dish to complete the dinner. IT was delish!zuchini
