Hosted another cooking class today for one of my niece who was absent last time (because she was sick). Picked today to do it because all the lil’ ones don’t have school. We made green onion pancakes and had it for lunch. I also taught them how to make the chinese dessert – black sesame filling tang yuan (湯圓) and the tradition behind it.

I didn’t have time to show the younger ones how to make cheese quesadillas, which we will certainly save for the next time.
