Made my very own japchae today! Japchae is a very popular dish in Korea. It’s stir fry using potato starch glass noodles with meat (I used chicken), and vegetables. Fairly easy to make, but lots of prep work involved. The flavor wasn’t quite there this time and I know exactly why. I was using the low-sodium soy sauce. Will try again next time, maybe with a video. Stay tune.
